Your Impact, Near and Far

Dear Friends,
I wish you a happy spring and hope that the season reenergizes you and that you have the opportunity to appreciate the wonder of new life all around us!

I have just returned from a trip to the remote village of Ndagga, Uganda and there are many exciting things to share with you.

Non-Profit Fundraising Consultants
On our last Uganda trip, we were accompanied by nonprofit fundraising consultants who are helping us to find new sponsors so that more children can attend our school in Ndagga. We also had a professional videographer join us, and you are likely to see some of his work in the months to come.
Opening the New Medical Clinic
On the day of our arrival, we had a ribbon-cutting ceremony for our new clinic and went right to work in the new facility with three physicians and two dentists. Read more updates below about the incredible impact of the clinic on the village.
Visiting with Students
In addition to our work in the new clinic, we were able to visit students in their classrooms and play with them outside during recess. We handed out gift bags filled with much-needed school supplies and some tasty treats. We were moved by the students’ enthusiasm and found their big smiles irresistible!
On the Home Front
We continue to provide a free grocery distribution service to low income families in the greater Seattle area. We also provide school supplies to elementary schools located in the poorest areas of this community. In recognition of our support of the Federal Way School District, the Fountain of Life Foundation was honored at a Heroes Banquet sponsored by the school district. Read more about it below.

Once again, my heartfelt gratitude goes out to all our sponsors and donors who make this work possible, particularly the transformation of the remote village of Ndagga in Uganda. Our progress is simply not possible without your support. Thank you very much for partnering with us in this effort.
